Upper Age Limit for Granted Personal Assistance
If a new approval of personal assistance is being considered for an adult, it can only be granted if the individual is under 65 years of age.
If the person is 66 or older, the need is considered to be part of normal aging.
Please note that this age limit also applies when applying for additional assistance hours.
