The Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO)
The Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO) issues licenses for private entities providing personal assistance in accordance with Section 9 (2) of the Act (1993:387) concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS). IVO grants this license pursuant to Section 9 of the Regulation (1993:1090) concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments.
This is an original license. The license may not be transferred to another party. The license holder must immediately notify IVO if the operation is discontinued. Planned changes that affect the conditions of the license may not be implemented without prior approval from IVO. The license is valid from today’s date until further notice.
2U Assistans AB is responsible for complying with the regulations set forth in the LSS Act, the LSS Regulation, and other statutes, such as the guidelines and general advice of the National Board of Health and Welfare.
